Editing the Plan Name for a House Charge

The default Plan Name for each House Charge is displayed.

To edit the plan name for a house charge, do the following:

1. Select More > List Maint.
2. Select House Charge Preferences from the dropdown list at the top of the window.
3. Highlight the House Charge plan that is to be customized.
4. Enter the customized name in the Plan Name field for the corresponding Bill Code.

Note: When customizing the name, but the bill code in front of the name to ensure it is easily identified in other areas of the application (i.e., when setting up pricing rules). For example, if HS is set up as Sunshine Assurance Company, set up the plan name as "HS - Sunshine Assurance Company".

5. Select the OK button.
